"The Program"

The program is a list of all your needs: how much space you need, how many bedrooms, bathrooms, offices, etc. This will be discussed during the first meeting. If you aren't sure of your exact needs, Kye is more than happy to work with you to determine them. Because Kye designs for you and your needs only, the job isn't complete until the final design satisfies all your needs. 

You will also discuss your aesthetic preferences to make sure Kye knows what direction to take the design within the parameters of your needs. 

The Design Process

Once Kye has determined your needs and design aesthetics, he will begin designing your project. This includes sketches, colored renderings, and floor plans based on what was discussed in the program. The design will then go through multiple iterations as you give feedback and Kye strives to satisfy your every need. 

The Final Product

Kye's favorite part about being an architect is seeing your joy when the project meets and exceeds your every need. There's nothing more satisfying than a happy client and a project well done! In order to ensure the project is built per the plans, Kye offers contract administration on site throughout the construction process.
